Return Policy
If for any reason, you decide to return the Product that you purchased from our site, you must notify us and return the Product to us within sixty (60) days from the date the Product was delivered. We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
We will not accept returns of Products purchased from other retailers. Those Products are subject to that retailer’s return policies and we disclaim any liability with respect to the return of such Products.
How to Initiate a Return
To make a warranty claim, please contact (contact@cuckoobirdfeeder.com.). In your support ticket, please provide the order number or sales invoice to our agent.
Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Ship the Product to us with all cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories that came with the Product and the original packaging within 10 days of us providing you with return instructions. Failure to do so may result in us rejecting the return of the Product you are returning.
Warranty
All of the Cuckoo users will receive 1 year of warranty and lifetime service from the date you purchased your Product from us. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Repairs or replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components, at our sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated in that Product is no longer available, we may, at Cuckoo’s sole discretion, replace the Product with the available model nearest to the original model's form, functionality, and performance.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

We may require you to return the Product in order to process your warranty claim. If you are required to return the Product, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If the product is manmade and defective, a refund or replacement is not available.
