1. Estimated Delivery

Orders usually will be shipped within 24 hours. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date for order item(s).  You will receive a tracking confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

• Orders placed before2:30 pm PST Monday to Friday will usually get shipped out the same day.
• Orders placed after2:30 pm PST Monday to Friday will usually get shipped the following business day.
• Orders placed over the weekends will usually be processed and shipped out the following Monday.

Please note that there might be delays due to an increased volume of orders on certain days or holidays. If you are in a rush, we would recommend you to check with us before your place the order.

2. Shipment Cost

We offer free shipping for US. International shipping is available at a rate depending on the destination. Please check our delivery cost table for more information. We collaborate with the leading carriers in the business to ensure your shipment experience. Global shipment might happen sometimes for delivery and we might not be responsible for any cost by customs.

4. Ownership, Terms, and Risk

You are responsible for making sure of the correctness and accuracy of your address. For any loss incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss. We might not be responsible for any loss due to the incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction. Generally, orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel the order(s) that has/have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any duty or any charge. When the products are delivered, you are responsible for checking the order is complete and undamaged. You need to check the products carefully for any damage before you sign for delivery. If there is any damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery and let the delivery person know the reason for the refusal.
